A must-visit

The food here is so filling, comforting, and delicious! The vegetarian options are vegan, so try the platter with a friend, or order your own plate that comes with a primary menu item plus two sides and a salad. I had the split peas plus sides of beets and very delicious potato and carrot, plus injera, of course. Highly recommend, and pricing felt fair given the quality and the amount of food.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Filling comfort food

Delicious, family run

Order the vegetarian tasting platter- everything is amazing! Tear off pieces of injera, the bread, including the lining of the platter, to scoop scrumptious potatoes, lentils, chickpeas, beets, cabbage, rice, and more, all exquisitely spiced. Great location/views, prices, and warm, friendly service!

Pros: Lots of variety on vedge platter

Cons: Friends ordered meat platter- yuck

Delicious lentil and chickpea dishes!

Great vegan sides as well as sambusa appetizers. Offers both spicy and mild options, something for everyone. Great view of the river, ballpark and trains passing by.

Taste of Ethiopia

I'd give it 5 stars, but you can't for a place that serves meat. Delicious Ethiopian food. Definitely try the spicy lentils and the coffee or tea.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Reasonably priced, Nice patio view

Cons: Not completely veg
