Best vegan food restaurant - Edit
If you have the chance to go on thursday ask for the Moqueca, on wednesday Feijoada is a must and on friday best dish is the Mexican one.
My favorite restaurant in town :)

Best vegan corner in São Paulo - Edit
With a different menu for every day of the week and meals ranging from vegan sushi to leek and mushroom risotto to Brazilian "feijoada," I'm officially addicted to this place. Despite having so many different types of food, all of them are made with natural and fresh ingredients. And with every meal, you get a free entree (salad or soup with homemade bread) and free desert (homemade vegan sorbet, made just with fresh fruit).
The restaurant has a cozy feel, although it gets pretty crowded between 12 and 1pm. It's tiny food store on the side also sells homemade granola, bread (delicious) at super affordable prices.
Pros: Amazing homemade, fresh food, Nice vibe, Friendly staff
Cons: Quite noisy/full at rush hour between 12pm and 1pm

I think they could offer a greater variety of dishes, but some of them are really good.

Vegetarian restaurant offering an almost totally vegan menu, except for cheese and honey in some meals (that can be replaced for vegan options). It opens in the morning and closes after lunch, everyday except on saturdays.
The menu is à la carte and every meal follows a salad and an ice cream. Water is free.
