Amazing vegan food tour - Edit
At the very least, when you are in Tashkent, go on this tour. Our guides Akmal and Sayyid were very friendly and their English was superb. The tour lasted for almost 5 hours and they showed us many different places around Tashkent. I won't spoil all the locations, but it's a proper Uzbek vegan experience.
