Delicious food, loads of vegan options, stunning restaurant - Edit
Excellent Lebanese food (and a stunning restaurant) at Tarboush in Tring today. Lebanese food. Loads of clearly labelled vegan options. So tasty, I bought extra to take home for dinner! Highly recommend the moussaka, and the foul. There are more vegan friendly dishes we didn't get on the menu too. Well priced. Very good service. Highly recommended. and the foul. Delicious! - Edit
So many vegan options, and every single one was delicious! We ordered 8 mezze dishes between two of us and we couldn’t finish them. We did find room to finish off with a fresh mint tea and a slice of the softest lemon cake though! Only one small criticism was the houmous, it was very thick, like it didn’t have enough oil in it, but I would highly recommend this restaurant, can’t wait to return!

Hidden gem for vegans in Tring - Edit
I stumbled across this place and decided to give it a chance. I was pleased to see that vegan options (along with gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free etc) are all clearly labelled on the menu. We shared a few mezze dishes (the waitress recommended 5-6 dishes between 2 of us), including hummus, stuffed vine leaves, al Rahab, falafel, moujadarah and foul modamas. I would recommend everything we had and would like to go back to try the savoury pastries, moussaka and spiced cauliflower. The place is decorated beautifully and has a really nice atmosphere, with great staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
