No labeled Vegan options.. - Edit
Honestly, this truck feels like any other place where I have to make shift my meal to be vegan. Don't get me wrong I love that the beans and rice are vegan. I just feel their accidentally vegan. This food truck doesn't offer any "vegan" or "vegetarian" items on their menu, however if you'd like to be difficult, they will accommodate you. Overall, the atmosphere is "Austin". I dig the Pink Flamingo plant co. which is right next door. The burrito was good, just felt strange ordering as they don't even have a "create your own" option. I would rather support a vendor that caters and supports veganism, rather than just "accommodates".

Customizable tacos/burritos - Edit
They were happy to customize my taco and I had really yummy vegan ones!!!!! Really great value for the price, definitely coming back!
Read moreVegan menu items (to build your own burrito or taco): refried beans, fried potatoes, rice, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, tomato, cilantro, onions, lettuce, spinach, pickles, jalapenos, and all the salsas.
They also built out a really cute outdoor covered patio/deck to sit at. There's lots of gorgeous trees and a lovely plant store and coffee truck next door!
Pros: Inexpensive and delicious, Cute seating, Fast
