Great vegan doughnuts - Edit
Very good vegan doughnuts- taste and texture. The only thing was the cherry puree/sauce dots topping one of the donuts immediately stuck to the inside of the bag and made it messier to eat- maybe a flavour better for eating in. The oat/cinnamon flavour was delicious and traveled well. Vegan options (x3, unless some of those are sold out) are currently very outnumbered by the non-vegan options

Got a vegan banana fosters last night and it was LOVELY. Really enjoyed the flavour and the crunchy banana chips on it. I went at 6pm so maybe that's why msot stuff was gone but I only saw one vegan flavour. The other signs (even on the empty trays) were not for vegan options. Will go again and see next time!

Every time I’ve come to Tantrum Doughnuts they’ve always had at least 3 different vegan doughnuts on offer, and they change them regularly so I never get bored! Really making a big effort to be vegan friendly, and very convenient for the train station too.

2 vegan options when I came, just before closing time. It costs more to eat in but worth it to avoid the rain. Would be great to see even more vegan options. Nice coffee too with a range of the usual non-dairy milks

Lovely place with a sit-in option. Friendly staff. 3 vegan options out of many. Personally, I would have liked just a plain vegan glazed or a vegan old fashioned. As of 14 October, the 3 vegan options are: Espresso Ring, Mango Matcha and Pumpkin Dulche de Leche. Check website for current.

I probably would not race to go there again but it is nice to have this option.

The place is cosy, staff were friendly & vegan doughnuts clearly labelled. I got all 3 vegan ones to try with my friends, the peanut one was a hit, the gingerbread one was least favourite with my friends but I liked it & the raspberry was top. Worth a visit, cute packaging too.

There were 3 vegan options : pumpkin dulce de leche, peanut butter and hazelnut praline. All three solid choices. You could also have a coffee with plant based milk, without paying extra, as it should be. Nice understanding staff keeping vegan and non vegan items separated.

Had the hazelnut praline ring and wife had the peanut butter ring. Wife had the maple syrup in her coffee but it didn’t taste nice - could have said to the staff but didn’t bother. I had pumpkin spice latte which was nice. Doughnuts are lovely but only 2 options but nice to have them at least.

The doughnut itself had a buttered toast taste. It was more savoury than I’d have liked but it’s always nice to have a vegan option.

Tasty vegan donut, had a blueberry ring out of a couple of options. Was spookily similar to wrecking ball donuts in Dundee I’ve been to many times that opened after Tantrum. (Has recently now closed) Slightly on the expensive side when eating in but it is a premium product, would recommend stopping by, lovely staff.

Absolutely loved the doughnuts last time I was here. This time round they were disappointing and the staff were weird and rude. Also savage to put peanuts products next to everything else on the counter. My decaf oat latte was horrific as well, had to throw it away

The blueberry vegan doughnut is by far the best doughnut I have ever tasted! I'm a bit of a vegan doughnut connoisseur and usually I find vegan doughnuts a little too bread like, but this doughnut was light, fluffy and the icing was delicious. PERFECTION. The peanut butter doughnut was also delicious, and I'm not usually a massive fan of peanut flavour so that's saying something! Go there now! Also lots of non-vegan flavours which looked delicious

Read moreNot too many vegan options however and they almost always seem to be sold out of them, I popped by on three other occasions only to be told their 3 vegan options were sold out for that day - I'd love to see a lot more vegan options in place of their other ones as the are selling out fast and rarely seem to be avaliable.

Pretentious and lacking in choices. Poor show. I'm Not sure what else to say at this point, there are no positives other than it's possible to grab a vegan doughnut, or some sort of variation of what could be considered a doughnut.
