Great Flavors, Limited Vegan Options

We almost skipped this place because when I checked the menu on-line there were only a few vegan options. However, we liked those options, it was Thanksgiving, there were only few places open that weren't serving turkey, and it was close to our hotel. WOW. The food was amazing. You need to be clear with the waitstaff that you are vegan, and request that they leave egg out of dishes. We had an enormous amount of amazing Asian food, with flavors that popped. Steamed edamame dumplings, the best schezuan crispy okra ever, tofu fried rice (tell them NO EGGS!) that had more flavor than I've ever tasted in rice, Kung Pho cauliflower, and crispy roast potatoes dusted with some kind of Asian spices. (Tell them no aioli). Would go back here in a flash. There was more on the menu that we just didn't get to, vegan lo mein and other noodles dishes. Yum.
