Tankstation is a cultural meeting place, opened Jan 2013. Offers food service once a week on Tuesday evenings. Reservation not required but is suggested. Also specify if you are vegan upon reservation. Open Tue 5:00pm-10:00pm.

Good food, low price, nice people! - Edit
The food is amazing and it's to me the only afforbable restaurant that has really good vegan food in the east of the Netherlands.
Pros: Veganfriendly., Cheap!, Friendly people.
Cons: Only open once a week.

Very tasty, healthy vegetarian food! Every first tuesday in the month the menu is completely vegan! Any other tuesday the menu is completely vegetarian.
Nice atmosphere: music, poetry, paintings and installations.
