A gem in an area that struggles with Vegan bugers - Edit
Family of 1 vegan (me), one vegetarian and two meat eaters.
Read moreIt’s about 10 mins by taxi outside Albufeira (€12 ish) but well worth the trip if you’re after a meat alternative as they serve Beyond Burgers. As it’s a little out of the way I’d recommend calling first to check availability.
BUT it’s definitely worth the trip. The burgers were delicious to start, and that includes those for the meat eaters if you’re a mixed family/group.
Tania is lovely and really flexible if you want to tweak your burger.
They also have a local craft IPA on tap, which I didn’t see anywhere else.
The atmosphere is laid back, more modern than your usual Traditional Portuguese restaurant but informal and rustic at the same time. If you’re from the UK it reminds me of independent craft ale pubs but nicer and of course centred around food.
To be clear though it’s not a pub, it’s very family friendly.
Plus, we had four meals, drinks and a side and it came in at under €90 which is frankly astonishing for the general area.
Would come back here in a heartbeat. LOVED everything about it.

The burger is tasty, I ate the one with beyond burger. My friend ate the “vegetariano” and also liked a lot.
