Vietnamese vegetarian spot offering dishes from spring rolls to pho and more. Has lots of vegan dishes, except for the chicken curry, mixed stir fried noodle and yellow egg noodles so get rice noodles instead. The iced coffee has condensed milk in it but there is also a vegan version with coconut milk. Thai tea and avocado smoothie are not vegan friendly. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-9:00pm.

Delicious Vietnamese food - Edit
A new Vietnamese place that’s delicious!
Read moreThey have several Vietnamese soups including Bun Bo Hue and Pho, hotpots, various spring rolls, broken rice plates, and noodle dishes. Drinks include fresh squeezed sugar cane juice. A lot of veggie-meat and veggie-mock seafood items. Entirely vegetarian and almost all items are vegan as well.
Inside is small but clean and nice.
San Jose is very lucky to have so many Vietnamese veggie places - this one is quite similar to Green Lotus or Golden Bamboo or New Hoa Dang or Dilac Vegetarian.
In South San Jose, nondescript strip mall near 101/85/Blossom Hill, not far from Kaiser SJ

Good food - Edit
I ordered these on doordash and they were both really good! The fried tofu with seaweed’s breading reminds me of fish sticks. The spring roll is slightly spicy so beware if sensitive.

Vietnamese done right! - Edit
Portions WERE HUGE. My goodness. Even just the appetizer blew my socks off in terms of portions. It was an appetizer but it felt like an entree lol. I got the broken rice with bbq red pork or xá xíu as we viets call it. Not super traditional, wish they had a grilled pork but it wasn’t bad! Their lotus gỏi (it’s a salad) was pretty good too. They’re running a promo if you spend over 30 bucks you get a free winter melon drink! I didn’t know that and got a sugarcane drink! It was bomb of course (just know they also load up with ice, that’s just how it is for sugarcane drinks anywhere you go pretty much so you drink it fast it’ll all be gone lol). Oh the appetizer I got was the fried oysters mushrooms with a sweet dipping sauce. Super crispy and sauce was a run of the mill sweet and spicy kinda sauce. I would recommend this place! Support them! They’re super friendly! They just opened so like I was able to talk to like I’m sure they were the owners (two older-than-me people and one maybe my age not sure). They’re really nice!

Pros: HUGE portions, Moderate pricing, not too high, not too low, Super friendly and close to me (south San Jose)
Cons: Hmmmmm they need a bánh mì dish , Needs a traditional “pork” for broken rice dish, It’s not 1 minute away from me :p
