we had 2 vegan ramens (one had no broth, the other a spicy one). They are not marked as vegan but the staff reassured us when we had questions. We also shared a cucumber and yuba salad. Great prices!

Not the ramen I expected - Edit
The vegetarian/vegan ramen is made with tomato broth. Feels like fusion food to me: tomato soup with Asian-style ramen ingredients like bamboo, mushrooms, (smoked) tofu and coriander. It was not at all what I expected, but strangely pretty good! Just don't expect the typical miso/shoyu/tantan ramen ;)

They were very helpful in placing strictly vegan option. We had vegetable ramen with no egg. Also a side of tofu which I wish I could replicate at home!

Wonderful food and view - Edit
I had the vegetarian ramen without egg to make it vegan. Delicious broth. Two out of three ad-ons (all of them vegan) were included.
