Street vendor selling pan-fried vegetable dumplings, pan-fried buns with stuffing, and fresh soy milk. Will close early if sold out. Open Mon-Sun 2:00pm-6:00pm. Closed random days.

Thin dough wrapper and juicy cabbage filling

This is a super popular kiosk so do go early and expect a queue. They do recommend that customers pre-order by phone to skip the queue. They only serve one item - steam-fried buns filled with cabbage. Could not see any soy milk being offered. Suggest bringing your own reusable container/bag to reduce waste because they put everything into little plastic bags. There is no seating and the kiosk is right on the street corner.

Pros: Perfect dough to filling ratio, Delicious and freshly made, Cheap and large buns

Cons: Lots of plastic used
