Super tasty Mushroom Bhaji! Extremely kind and attentive man took my order, and even offered me a free mango lassi while I was awaiting take-out! In a inconspicuous back-alley location, food is worth it. Great value.

Sagt der Bedienung, dass ihr euch vegan ernährt und ihr werdet gut beraten. Fast alle vegetarischen Gericht können vegan zubereitet werden (Meistens muss nur Butter weggelassen werden.).

Don't let the decor fool you, this is a wonderful place! I've rarely eaten so well! The vegan choices are numerous and so delicious! If you like spicy, don't hesitate, the #35 is fantastic and you can ask to make the other spicy dishes too. I loved the okra and spinach and the bhagi onions are fabulous. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in the heart of this vegan-challenged city.

Karlovy Vary doesn’t make it easy for vegans, Tandoor King does though: staff is very knowledgable (tell them you’re vegan!) and their food is simply great. Also, everything is very affordable for KV standards.
Read moreUnfortunately, we were the only guests in the restaurant (that is located in a back yard) but there was a bunch of take away. We felt comfortable anyways and enjoyed the food. A recommendation: the homemade lemonade is fantastic.
(I disagree with the practice of not being able to give five stars to this restaurant. While being very convinced of veganism myself, I think this judgement of people who eat meat and the isolation of meat-free restaurant holds back our movement and, by that, leads to more animal suffering.)

The food was super delicious and the service was very good. This place has new management. So they have better food and better service. The staff is super friendly and the Vegan options are great. They have Vegetable Biryani, Samosas, Chana Masala, Daal, Paratha, etc.
