Large health store selling - among other things - books, kitchen accessories, bulk goods, fresh fruits and veg, prepared sandwiches and salads (including vegan and raw options), nut-cheese (vegan and raw), a large range of oils and nuts, and vegan stuff like lactofermented tofu. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-11:00pm.

this place is not the average health store, the interior is more sophisticated than average and the atmosphere is almost a bit posh (after all, it's located in a rather trendy neighbourhood named "Le Chatelain")
Yet they sell the prices are not much worse than elsewhere in Brussels and it's definitely worth a visit.
They have a faboulous range of olives and olive oils, and it's one of the few places where you can find french lactofermented tofu (Sojami)
Their home made almond chease is worth trying as well.
Pros: open till very late, many brands, lactofermented tofu
Cons: not cheap
