Fresh Meatless Mexican!!! - Edit

My sister and I stumbled across this this gem while roadtripping from Vermont to California. It's hard to come by vegan restaurants on the way but this came up in a search. I read the yelp reviews however don't be deterred as they used to offer meat options but no longer. Just fresh, flavorful, Mexican vegan food. The restaurant is located in a high end outdoor shopping mall outside the downtown. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Open style kitchen. Modern. Recommend the jicama wraps and the burrito entree. This is chef Matthew Kenny's amazing menu and we were shocked to find it in Oklahoma!!! Worth the stop! Oh and for those of you on the road you can stock up on vegan goodies at Whole Foods across the street!!!

Pros: Fresh Flavorful Vegan Food, Friendly staff, Great, hip location

Cons: I wish the lunch timing extended later!
