Great Vegan Ramen - Edit

Very good vegan ramen, HUGE bowl and I feel guilty wasting some 🥲 I got the Veggie Miso. The waitress easily confirmed it’s vegan without the egg. $13~ for the giant bowl at lunch

AMAZING vegan ramen!!! - Edit

I had some delicious vegan ramen when traveling in California recently and have been craving it ever since. Tamashii Ramen in Astoria (they also have a spot in Forrest Hills) does NOT disappoint!!! Although the restaurant is not vegetarian or vegan, they have 6 vegetarian ramen options that can easily be made vegan by asking them to omit the egg. I asked them and the veggie ramen broth is vegetarian (sometimes that’s not the case for veggie soups!) I got the Kara Veggie Miso Ramen and it was superb!! A little spicy and savory, perfect combination. I’ll post a picture of the 6 veggie/vegan options on the menu at this time. With prices ranging from $12-15 for the veggie dishes, and each bowl being 1-2 servings (2 servings for me), I found this to be a great value for the best ramen I’ve ever had (I know that sounds dramatic 😂, but it’s SO true!)
