Flavorful Indian - Edit
Lots of Indian folks eating here telegraphs authenticity. Waiter immediately picked up that we were vegan & offered helpful guidance about menu choices.

My potatoes with spinach well done as well. Wishing this restaurant were closer to where we live — we’d dine here again. b.y.o.b , so bring wine/beer if you’d like it.

We chose Tamarind as we were only stopping for the night before continuing on our travels. Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi were very good! Good amount of spice and flavor. Just like our favorite Indian place at home!

Vegan items are indicated on the menu and several others can be made vegan. Knowledgeable staff. Ate here two nights in a row on business trip. I will go here everyone I come back to town.

My go to spot. - Edit
My husband and I visit Tamarind at least once a week for lunch. They have many vegetarian and vegan dishes on their buffet. Never disappointed with the selection. Staff is very friendly.
