So tasty, great service

The setting was wonderful - you can sit inside the old stone building or out in the flowery laneway. The menu is in English and Turkish, with all veg and vegan options marked appropriately. Food was very tasty, and affordable! We wiled away a couple of hours here watching the happenings of the lane way and it's resident cats

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, Easy to understand menu, Friendly wait staff

Delicious vegan options

We came on a day where they were supposed to have a fixed menu without vegan options. But we came a long way so they made an exception for us.
They even gave us a few free dishes, and we only paid 121 TL for a full diner for two.

Pros: Enough vegan options , Cheap (got some free items as gift) , Delicious

Cons: Not vegan, May have fixed menu days

Greater meze options with helpful staff.

We were struggling to find a vegan friendly restaurant in Ayvalık during the winter. It was very rainy and a little cold, but tamam provided the respite we were looking for, all in a beautiful stone building with a wood burning stove. The waiting staff were aware of what vegan was and able to advise on vegan dishes that were available (mostly cold mezze, but all delicious) the restaurant was very quiet when we visited, but I'm sure in summer it would be much more crowded. Couldn't ask for a nicer atmosphere, more delicious mezze or more friendly waiting staff, would definitely come back again. Prices seemed very reasonable, between 9 - 24 TL per mezze dish.

Pros: Yummy fava, Good beer (and nuts), Friendly staff
