This place [censored] so hard - Edit
woke up early on our last day for the sole purpose of getting pho and crispy rice (don't sleep on it, seriously it's magic). Delicious, cheap, and like seriously you'll come back here everyday once you have it.

We had arrived in Hanoi at around 6:30am and were very hungry. Found this place and enjoyed some delicious noodles and spring rolls for £2 for everything.

A lot of restaurants were closed for the Lunar New Year holidays. We happened to pass by Chay Tam Khoi and it was open.
Read moreThe owner didn't speak English but she was super friendly. When we came in, she used Google translate to tell us that we didn’t have to worry and she has vegetarian and vegan food.
We loved the stir fried rice, bun rieu, pho and noodles. 110k meal for 3 was an amazing deal.
I am definitely coming back.

Quick, authentic, economical vegan vietnamese food. It's all vegan but they are quick so you need to be specific on which dish you want. Although, everything we had was amazing. The grilled "pork" in the bun cha chay is spot on. 👌
