Another little place on Vo Van Tan - Edit
You really are spoiled for choice on Vo Van Tan Street, in District 3. Discovered this place when walking from Prem to Saigon Vegan (both on VVT). This is a much more modest place than Hum, Saigon Vegan and Prem and a little smaller than Am Thuc Chay Mani (wow, that's 5 places on VVT street alone!) but the owner is lovely and the usual fare of vegan Vietnamese food is definitely the most affordable out of all the above mentioned places. Simple, affordable, no fuss food.
