To be perfectly honest with you, the vegan ramen are a bit disappointing. They lack in almost all areas, such as:

Toppings & ingredients - boring. Compared to the non-vegan versions, they are just laughably simplistic. I would have loved to see some mock meats, some more depth of flavour and overall just a little more oomph.

Would love to give 5 stars, if possible... Best Ramen in town. They have 8 different clearly labelled vegan Ramen soups, based on miso, shoyu or tantan broth. The portions are good.

Their Ramen is very decent - even though not my absolute Favourite in Düsseldorf. But certainly the best option without having to wait in a Que for very long during busy hours!
Read moreThey have a bunch of Vegan / Vegetarian Ramen. Sadly not too many veg sides. The service is very polite and welcoming! Atmosphere in the Restaurant reminds me of classic Japanese Ramen bars!

The white Tantan were delicious but wouldn’t have satisfied me if I hadn’t ordered the extra noodles. I ordered the plain ramen with no extra toppings which was disappointing for 13€ cause i got the broth, noodles and a single piece of pak choi and some bean sprouts and scallions. The worst thing tho (and my reason for 3 stars) is the awful service. We had to wait for ever even though there was a free table. One person running the service during lunch time is not sufficient.

You usually have to wait in a queue outside to get in, but it doesn't take too long as the staff is extremely well organised. There are 8 clearly labelled vegan dishes on the menu, unfortunately none with tofu. Today I chose the vegan yasai shoyu. The vegetables were very fresh and crunchy. Both shoyu and miso ramen are very tasty.

Very amazing vegan Ramen,

Tried the miso and shoyu ramen, personally like miso more :)
Can recommend the spicy variants, the spiciness really elevates the taste.
Unfortunatly they don't use Tofu as a topping.
Be prepared to wait a bit outside, as often there is a small line waiting in front of it, but it does not take that long until your through it.
Price is acceptable and not expensive in my opinion,
very nice ambiance, feels like a ramen bar.
Pros: Amazing Ramen, Vegan Options clearly on its own menu page
Cons: Could have a few more (non ramen) vegan options
