Serves meat, vegan options available. An organic local foods pay-what-you-can cafe. Mission is to alleviate hunger and promote health by offering nourishing, local foods to everyone. Serves vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options which are labeled clearly on the menu. Many dishes can be modified to be made vegan. Menu changes based on season, but a few regular vegan items are the Take Root Bowl, the Beet Salad, or the daily soup. Also has vegan baked items, coffee, tea, sides, and desserts. Open Tue-Sat 11:00am-8:00pm.

Best Option in Town - Edit
Just excellent. I have eaten here many times, tried almost all of the menu. Many vegan and vegetarian options available compared to other local restaurants. The kitchen is able to modify most dishes to meet individual needs.
Everything is supremely delicious. All items are made in-house and beautifully presented. Your donation for your food supports local food growers, sustainable food practices, and ensures that the folks who need a good meal in the area can find a free, healthy one right in their community. Plus, the staff are just plain awesome.
Wonderful food, great people, great mission. What more could you want?

Pros: Non-profit, Large variety of veg & vegan options, Incredibly delicious!
Cons: When busy, can be loud, but not horribly so
