There Vegan ramen is very tasty. It taste healthy but I’m not sure of the actual macronutrients. The noodles apparently are made with spinach.

Fried tofu not vegan :( - Edit
Their vegan ramen was so good! And then I found out the fried tofu that comes in the vegan ramen is fried in pig fat with the meat :( not vegan! I was so disappointed! Especially since the first time I had the vegan ramen no one told me that the fried tofu was not vegan. And the steamed tofu is definitely not as good! (Overall I'm not a fan of steamed tofu. It's not as flavorful. If you like steamed tofu, you may like it in the ramen.) Besides this, the vegan ramen is great. The broth is really flavorful, and the spinach noodles are delicious.

best vegan ramen ever!!! even before i went vegan i'd get this ramen because its just /that/ good!! they also have veggie sushi which i love. this place is so affordable for a good meal. i come here with friends pretty often, lots of good memories in this place ❤️

It was hard to believe the ramen was vegan because it was incredibly creamy and flavorful. I tried my wife's non-vegan one and I actually enjoyed mine more--hers was too salty.

Best Vegan Ramen - Edit
This is the best vegan ramen I've ever had. And they use a creamy soy based miso for the broth that is AMAZING!! It's hard to find creamy vegan ramen. It has shredded chili and deep fried tofu, some of the best toppings I've had on ramen. Will definitely be back next time I'm in San Diego!
