Leider können wir das Taj Mahal nicht weiterempfehlen. Wie wurden freundlich begrüßt und die Bedienung wusste auf Anhieb, welche der vegetarischen Gerichte veganisiert werden können. Allergene sind ausgewiesen. Leider war schon die Vorspeise nicht genießbar (viel zu fettig und keine frischen Zutaten), der Hauptgang war nicht besser. Die Tische waren schmutzig und ich bekam einen schmutzigen Teller und keine Entschuldigung dafür. Schade!!

The Restaurant in the City of Trier has many vegetarian options, but no vegan options. You can order vegan on Demand. For example Milk and Chees is substituted for vegan people. But even to the vegan meals, we got non vegan Naan. They even didn't mention, that the Naan was not vegan.

The atmosphere fits the Expectations, for an Indian Restaurant.

Good alternative - Edit
Whenever we want to go out for dinner and not just have a bite, this is the place to go. It´s a little exalted and not too cheap (I always pay minimum 15€ per person) but worth it. The service is not that super friendly but listening and responding to the guests in any possible way. Don´t forget to order explicit vegan food, then you´ll get vegan bread (that usually is not on the menu and only for the staff) and they will omit cream/joghurt in your dish.

Located in the centre of Trier on the first floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau house, this Indian restaurant offers a lot of vegan options when you ask for them. The staff is also more than happy to help you find something vegan.
