Great Buffet - Edit
The Taj is a great Indian restaurant found in the Town And Country Shopping Center. Their lunch buffet is very good and 75% of the choices are vegetarian. Only the last four options at the far right of the buffet contain any meat. They do add cream to some of their sauces and butter to some of their naan, so if you're vegan you should speak to the wait staff to find out what options are vegan. You can request them to make the bread without butter.
Read moreThe buffet is only open during the lunch hours. A menu is also available, but the buffet contains more options than I've needed. During dinner you will need to order off the menu and there is a complete vegetarian selection listed.
They also operate an Indian Market two doors down with pretty good prices.
Pros: great food, many vegetarian options, good value
Cons: sometimes too quiet
