Fresh and tasty! - Edit
Taj Indian Cuisine in Boulder is fantastic for plant-based dining! They offer a great selection of clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options, and the staff is happy to customize dishes. The flavors are rich and aromatic, with spices that feel warm and comforting without being too heavy. The vegan chana masala and vegetable curries are outstanding, and the fresh, fluffy naan (available without butter) is a must. Service is friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a lovely spot for a relaxed, satisfying meal. A perfect choice for anyone looking for flavorful Indian food with plenty of vegan options in Boulder!

Great vegan options - Edit
Great place but gets extremely busy; not my thing at all. I wish this place offered private booths with walls and reserved tables in smaller sectioned rooms to allow more privacy and a secondary buffet for vegan choices to be placed in a separate wall or part of the building to create a less stuffy crowded buffet space atmosphere- it’s so crowded when busy you can’t properly get to the food as The buffet table is shoved into a corner and the dinning room is open concept but everyone is too close together; booths are too old also and uncomfortable makes going in a horribly uncomfortable and even dated feeling experience. With this being said their one of the only vegan & vegetarian friendly Indian buffets in Oklahoma. They just need to redo everything inside and set it up to be less close to people or buy/rent a massive building and relocate because this location is just way to small for the size buffet table and people they consume on the daily.. it open a second smaller location Jesus Christ.. you have to litterly go here at right upon opening on a random ass morning for three seconds of peace to actually chew your food. I can’t stand how busy and crowded and Loud it is here and how it can get this way here too.. we all know Oklahoma has loud mouth ass people but it be nice to enjoy a damn meal somewhere here but you can’t it’s like Atalanta 100000000000000079900 people incoming every second lol [censored] …

So good! - Edit
We were driving through Oklahoma City and were so happy to find this spot! Enjoyed the heck out of their buffet—everything that was vegan was clearly marked and there were SO MANY delicious options, including pineapple halwa for dessert. Bonus—they’re open until 9pm.

Not spicy enough for me but still good - Edit
A indian buffet with veg and non veg options. They also do take out, so it's covid friendly! I got the vegetable samosas, roti, and chana masala to go (they're vegan). I asked them to make the chana masala as spicy as possible and was a bit disapointed that it wasn't that spicy. BUT. It was still pretty good. So no real complaints other than that.

New fave place - Edit
My boyfriend (vegetarian) and I (vegan) went here tonight and it was delicious! All vegan and gluten free options on the buffet are labeled, and they make up at least half of the whole buffet. We tried a bit of everything and both enjoyed most of it. Definitely will return.

Every dish I had at this buffet was delicious, and I love the dishes are labelled as vegan, gluten-free etc.

Great indian food! - Edit
Great Indian buffet served for lunch and dinner. It is hot and very flavorful. I LOVE the vegetable korma, fresh naan, and the very lemony rice. I didn't find anything to be spicy though. The servers are attentive and friendly. They put the vegetarian options on one end of the buffet and the non veg on the other end. They will kindly show you where the veg options begin and they are much more abundant than the non veg. I also saw several vegan options. This place and Gopuram (lunch only) are my favorite indian buffets in OKC, but I do avoid Ajanta's buffet during lunch.
