Taj Bistro is proud to announce its grand opening, providing the Auckland with a new experience in Modern Indian dining.
Dreamed by Beijing restaurateur Daya and conceptualized and designed by restaurant industry veteran Milly and Executive Chef Chandan, an ex executive chef of original tandoori restaurant at same premises in 1996 are constantly striving to provide you with a great dining experience.
Daya brings his mastery of the cuisine to the Taj Bistro along with Executive Chef Chandan. Before opening Taj Bistro,Daya opened a similar two Modern Indian restaurants in Beijing, China.
