Exceptional food and friendly service

A one-man café providing delicious home-cooked meals. Five-star food and service, except for it not being a 100% plant-based menu. The opposite of fast food, Colby takes his time in making sure everything is created exactly as the customers want it. My partner and I completely fell in love with his cooking, and he was happy to accommodate my veganism and other dietary requests (my partner being gluten-free as one of them). It also helps that Colby is extremely friendly and chatty - one of the nicest chefs I've met.

The café is quite spacious but homely, and there's no blaring music - a pleasant change from the norm at chain restaurants. All his food is sustainably sourced from local businesses, which he proudly lists on his fridge door. The price is extremely reasonable considering everything you are paying for (nothing is prepped in advanced, so your meal is as fresh as it can be), and he's open to feedback and suggestions on what else to add (e.g. there's always a gluten-free cake available after a customer asked for it). Can't wait to see what's next on the menu!

Cons: Only one power socket in the café for customers., No parking.
