High vibration food and experience - Edit

Eating at Tai Lai was a welcome reprieve from the hustle of visiting Taipei. The food was delicious, the kitchen is committed to animal-free products which makes for a very positive experience. Initially, we walked right past the restaurant, it is so beautifully minimalist that we barely noticed it.

Best vegan dumplings - Edit

The vegan dumplings and soups were great. Everything also feels very healthy (they don’t use very much salt for example) the vegetables are very fresh and the lady who worked there was a sweetheart!

Pros: Excellent food, Great staff, Healthy

Absolute highlight - Edit

This place was an absolute highlight during our one month stay in Taipeh. The staff is so lovely and helpful! The food is fresh and tasty and they have a changing daily menu. I highly recommend the pineapple rice, the dumplings and the plum Salat, but you probably can't go wrong anyways.

good and not crazy expensive - Edit

Flavors are light but work well. A delicious and refreshing meal. 300 NT meal set isn't super filling but has a delicious enzyme drink starter and a variety of light dishes along with a main dish (pineapple fried rice is good)

simple pleasant food - Edit

the food here was quite tasty. slightly more oily than I was expecting for the health scene vibe but not too bad. we tried the dumping soup and fried rice with the set meals. there were cactus petals in my salad, always exciting to try a new vegetable. and they give you a shot of their enzyme juice, weird stuff! the atmosphere here is a little strange but I'd go back for the food.

Healthy, good food. Very nice staff! - Edit

Taiwanese/Chinese restaurant with healthy and carefully selected food. Other healthy goods are sold as well. The staff is immensely friendly, helpful and eager to get to know foreigners. Totally worth a visit.

Pros: selected ingredients, friendly staff

非常好吃 - Edit

This place is one of my favorite in Taipei, it's so good and not too expensive! The 2 soups with dumplings are super good! You can buy the powder to make the soup and the dumplings (frozen) too. The rice with pinneapple is the best fried rice I had in Taipei yet. The soups and rice are 120$ alone, it's quite cheap for this quality. You can also order a set meal.

Pros: Super good, Not too expensive, Nice people

Cons: The wait time can be long
