Didn't hit the spot

I normally don't like to leave less than 3 stars but the bar for ramen is so high nowadays and this fell short.

The tofu was very thick and unflavoured and each element wasn't up to scratch meaning the dish as a whole didn't quite work. Just my opinion at the end of the day, others may feel differently.
