Serves meat, vegan options available. Ask for a burrito or tostada with beans and rice, and toppings like lettuce, tomato, and/or avocado. Removed Aug 2020 - limited vegan options.
Nothing vegan or vegetarian. Why is this even listed on here? - Edit
There is nothing even vegetarian (nevermind vegan) here. The owner confirmed they use chicken stock in all their rice and pork fat in all their beans. Why is this even listed on here?
Burrito was giant, they seemed on top of knowing vegan-friendly options. A slight correction to an earlier review was that in our visit, the rice had chicken broth but the beans were fine. Check with the person at the counter, she seemed cool subbing extra veggies for the rice.
We’ve been here 4 times, pretty sad Mexican food and lots of wasteful packaging. You’d probably be better off heading to the local grocery store and buying sandwich stuff
We asked and they delivered! Tacos La Providencia in Tillamook, Oregon now has a Vegan Burrito with whole beans cooked in onions and rice. The burrito comes with lettuce, tomato, avacado, pico and a lime slice. It's really tasty. Great to have a restaurant with a vegan option in Tillamook! Make sure to order Vegan and NOT vegetarian (vegetarian has lard and meat stock).

NOTHING VEGAN - Edit
Just asked them... They cook rice in chicken stock and beans with lard. They said they had no vegan options.
