Tofu Tacos Are Really Good!

I was driving through Texarkana and wanted a non-national place. There was only one HappyCow review for this place, but it said there were tofu tacos so I went for it. They were delicious! I highly recommend stopping here. The restaurant has a cool concept too. With limited veg options in Texarkana, this was a great one.

No more crispy eggplant taco :(

We planned on stopping here because there were 2 veg taco options, but they ended up calling after I ordered from Uber to tell me that they didn't have the eggplant taco anymore. Fortunately, the seared tofu was really good, but I did feel bait/switched because the kids were hungry, and it was getting late otherwise I would've cancelled the order for some place with more than one option. Tofu taco is well-flavored and definitely not bland with throwaway toppings like iceberg lettuce. It had corn, cabbage, avocado and jalapenos.

Pros: Seared tofu taco is well made and flavored.

Cons: Limited options
