Delicious Jackfruit Tacos - Edit
I’m always excited when new vegan options pop up in the AV! This taco truck offers clearly labeled vegan tacos made with jackfruit, which are absolutely delicious. Their salsa is incredibly flavorful and elevates the already perfectly seasoned jackfruit. So, so yummy. Can’t wait to get more. Lately they’ve been stopped at the intersection of N & 20th West (mainly in the evening), but they used to park by N & 40th.
Read moreEdit: they no longer use jackfruit. They use another ingredient, which is super sweet. Definitely not as good. I still enjoy them occasionally, but I wish they’d bring the jackfruit back :(

Their vegan tacos were chopped up mango as "meat" They were really nasty and I couldn't finish them. Big time disappointed
