Vegan Chorizo, Etc. - Edit
This place is da bomb. LOVE the vegan chorizo. Have even brought in a container to buy a bunch of it. :) Masa fries w/ the vegan chorizo & queso is really good (if you eat cheese). They are rolling out a more comprehensive vegan menu in May 2017. They've promised a vegan cheese, which I can't wait to try.
Pros: Food for both vegans & meat eaters., Sunday a.m. brunch is a must!
Cons: Parking is limited., Seating can be somewhat limited, depending on time

One of the best places in DM - Edit
I love Tacopocalypse. It is one of our go-tos. The red curry tofu burrito is insanely good, and the vegan tacos are delicious. Some might say small, but especially considering it's in the East Village - it's a good portion if you plan on bar hopping or shopping afterwards. The vegan masa fries are really delicious and the seitan is moist and flavorful. They also have a tofu banh mi and a seitan andouille burrito. A new GINORMOUS vegan menu has just been revealed, which will go live this May, 2017.
Pros: Great food, Great location, Great price
Cons: Location a little small

Vegan tacos - Edit
Pretty good, but not the biggest portions ever. There were (If I remember right) 2 vegan options on the menu without having to make adjustments. It reminded me of food truck sort of food, and there was a lot of slaw (on the meat options as well).
I would go here again if someone wanted to, but it's not at the top of my list.
Pros: Vegan menu options
Cons: Small portions, So much slaw

shafess 06 Apr 2017 - There are a lot more than 2 options. 3 types of tacos, 2 burritos, a banh mi sandwich, and vegan masa fries. A new, much larger vegan menu is rolling out in May.

tasty tacos - Edit
clearly labeled vegan options on the menu. ordered the ginger and chorizo tacos. both were great. they make their own taco wraps. easy street parking. sad they ran out of guacamole, so they didn't recommend the masa fries without it.
Pros: vegan options clearly labeled
