Yum "upscale" tacos - Edit
Great service, fresh, locally grown ingredients. Not your typical, inexpensive food truck style taco, but more so, modern pay for everything a la carte type taco place. Aka white people tacos. That said, they are good. Staff will make many things vegan that aren't listed as vegan on the menu too!

The cauliflower and mushroom tacos can both be made vegan if requested. The mushroom was a little lacking without cheese but the cauliflower was AMAZING! The person taking orders was very knowledgeable and made me felt taken care of.

Nestled right downtown, this small restaurant was definitely worth checking out. Super friendly staff, and creative food. The guacamole was too expensive for me this time, but I'll try it when I return. The guajillo salsa was phenomenal! Tried both veggie tacos, chips& salsa, and a beer 18% auto-grat my bill was $30.

They had two kinds of vegan tacos: yam and cauliflower. I was excited to see that they are not using impossible or beyond or other meat substitutions. They were delicious and filling. I was hungry so I ordered 3 tacos and that was the perfect amount. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

This was a fun taco spot in Gran Junction. Not a huge selection, but friendly knowledgeable staff. Two different tacos to choose from Cauliflower & Yam. We both loved the Cauliflower one. The guacamole was awesome and worth the price($13). There was one other item in the menu with cactus that we didn’t offer. Went with Omni friends who enjoyed their selections.
