Tasty but small portions - Edit
Although the portion wasn’t big and fulfilling for me, the mushroom and other toppings were all good. I would not recommend this place if you are really hungry.

Vegan option available. But you’ll find that it tastes like a one star Mexican. Giving it two stars to appreciate having a vegan option.

I'd give it 5 stars because, as I was discussing our orders with my friend (both Spanish speakers), the staff making our burritos switched to Spanish as well while preparing our food!! It was hilarious and she was so nice/casual about it.
Read moreIt's tiny and a nightmare to find, though! I wanted to try the Ark Hills one because it still has no reviews and looks nicer, but since all the locations seem to be inside fancy malls they have weird closing dates and small spaces as well.
The ordering system is Subway style, so you choose a basic item and then move along to customize several ingredients in your order. I was really hyped to try eringi mushrooms, but I'd say they're not for everyone -- they're chewier (say octopus or calamari) and more bland than expected, so for example my friend didn't like them at all when they took a bite of my burrito. I wish they had more options!!
I'd recommend it as an option for takeout to enjoy in the nearby parks whenever the weather is nice.

Cons: Japanese price for tex-mex food, Tiny place, Hard to find

Delicious, have two vegan options ( didn’t ask about the possibility of maybe they make some else) I tried the Vegan burrito, and it was quite good, the place is small but have tables to eat there.

Delicious Vegan Burrito - Edit
It was so nice to stumble upon this fast food Mexican restaurant in Tokyo Midtown. They have a clearly marked vegan option using eringi mushrooms for both their tacos and burritos. We got the large size burrito to go, and it was excellent! Their chips and salsa, although not marked, are also vegan. The staff was really excited to talk to us about ordering vegan and shared that they are planning on adding even more vegan options. They also said that their two other branches have even more options (salad bowls and quesadillas). I'm going to try to stop by there as well and try them.
