Good burritos - Edit
Plenty of vegan options, including chipotle tofu which is very flavourful without being hot. You get free guacamole when you ask for no cheese and no sour cream.

The food is tasty, and it's a convenient place to bring non-vegans. Staff are lovely.
The confusing chalkboard sign on wall with a list of vegan chillis they didn't have (which sounded good!) was a shame. There was a different one today.
Still, I tried the shredded tofu and it was very good.
I would like to also have option of brown rice - just personal preference.
I would round up to 4 stars if for brown rice & the chilli chalkboard being wrong.
Still a good place, and handy for lunch! I heard 3 people ask for vegan while I was there. Hooray!

Nice to have a quick lunch when you are walking around Edinburgh, as it's only just off Princes Street. The shredded tofu wrap is vegan if you ask for the vegan version, and is very tasty.

Great to takeaway! - Edit
We popped into Taco Mazama for a quick takeaway to suit everyone. I easily veganised the burrito by swapping the cheese and sour cream for guacamole. Ask for it vegan, and you get the guacamole free!
It is close to the train station so it would be great for anyone travelling.
Pros: Fast, Staff knowledegable about veganism, Ability to order online for delivery
