Serves meat, vegan options available. Small chain of Tex-Mex food restaurants based in the South. Menu offers build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. Best tofu in town

The tofu tastes like smoky limes. iIt's delicious with black beans and rice.

Disappointing

I was hoping this would be a vegan friendly option in GSO but was disappointed. They use sour cream in their guacamole so even the “tree hugger” burrito isn’t vegan. According to the other reviewer, the rice and beans aren’t even vegan. The staff was very uninformed about what choices were available to me.

Not vegan friendly

Meat stock is used in the beans and rice, making the options here ridiculously limited. Other than lettuce and a vinaigrette nothing is vegan.

Staff was not knowledgeable off hand, the info about the stock came from management.
