Serves meat, vegan options available. Small chain of Tex-Mex food restaurants based in the South. Menu offers build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. The tortillas, black beans, tofu, chips and salad are vegan. Corn, guacamole, and other beans are not. The "treehugger" burrito can be vegan if replacing guacamole with just avocado. Other items possibly can be customized - ask. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Nice little local taco chain - Edit
Was traveling for work looking for somewhere to get something with protein and came across the option to have tofu in a burrito, taco or bowl! The toppings and salsas made it more unique than your regular chipotle or another chain. The food was flavorful and portion was large. I got a burrito bowl and a giant bag of chips and guac!
