Serves meat, vegan options available. Small chain of Tex-Mex food restaurants based in the South. Menu offers build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. The tortillas, black beans, tofu, chips and salad are vegan. Corn, guacamole, and other beans are not. The "treehugger" burrito can be vegan if replacing guacamole with just avocado. Other items possibly can be customized - ask. NOTE: Veggie mix contains dairy. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Big portions, fast service - Edit
I ordered the Tree Hugger burrito, which is made now with avocado instead of guacamole. I was told that to make it vegan, they had to leave off the dressing, which has honey in it.
Read moreThe only sides that are vegan appear to be the rice and the beans, which is a little disappointing. Putting milk in guacamole is a little weird.
The people were friendly and the service was very fast. It was pretty loud, so hard to talk much. Maybe sitting outside would have been better.
The burrito was very good and very filling.
Pros: Friendly and fast service, Tasty burrito
Cons: Need to veganize the Tree Hugger, Limited vegan sides

Was traveling for work looking for somewhere to get something with protein and came across the option to have tofu in a burrito, taco or bowl! The toppings and salsas made it more unique than your regular chipotle or another chain. The food was flavorful and portion was large. I got a burrito bowl and a giant bag of chips and guac!
