The only vegetarian taco on the menu has nuoc-mam sauce (originally fish-based) as ingredient. For a vegetarian or vegan option, it is possible to order the taco without the sauce. It's delicious!
Read moreIt is really important to know that in Martinique "vegetarians" eat fish, so there are some vegetarian restaurants that serve fish and seafood on the menu. In French, you can ask for the "véganes" or "Ital" options.
