Delicious and cheap - Edit
They have 3 vegan breakfast tacos and all lunch options can be made vegan by subbing tempeh. The tempeh rizo breakfast taco was incredible.

Three vegan breakfast tacos (potato & avocado, soyrizo & potato, bean & potato), a vegan torta, and amazing frozen margs (add prickly pear to it). Inexpensive & always fantastic, so it's okay they don't have a huge selection

Amazing Tortas and Tacos. They have soy chorizo, potatoes, and beans. It's the best! Tortas have a veggie patty.
