The queso is not vegan (Obvi) - Edit
You can order the vegan pastor as a taco, burrito or gringa. But you can’t really have the gringas without cheese according to the chap at the grill. Also, you’ll be given some sort of cream with all your other yeah sauces. And it’s not vegan. They don’t understand the term, obviously. But they don’t have vegan cheese. So we didn’t order a gringa. The pastor burrito was fine.

Either the best vegan cheese in the world or they don’t understand vegan - Edit
So this is a lovely location in a cool food court. We ordered vegano burrito and vegano gringas. They are quite small portions for the price here in Merida. My vegetarian friend loved them both. I am vegan and I ate the burrito feeling a bit confused then I tried the gringas and thought this is dairy. So I went to ask the guy and he said no it’s not cheese. I’ve ate vegan food all over the world and I’ve never had anything that tastes that much like dairy. I don’t know if this is a positive or negative review because I feel sure I’ve eaten dairy but I did ask and it was clearly labelled vegano. Lets see…
