Absolutely delicious!!! - Edit

Only local place that has authentic vegan mexican cuisine!!! When I work I often stop by and buy 5 burritos at once, so I can eat them for lunch each day of the week! Owners are really friendly and the food is amazinnggg. I can’t wait until they open back up again! I have been craving their burritos and horchata.

Pros: delicious food, vegan horchata, friendly staff

Cons: location changes daily, seasonal food truck

Fantastic - Edit

I have tried all the main dishes and each one is fantastic! Marinated Jackfruit is a staple to their lineup. Very well done. Hours are too short as they are only around between 11-2pm. Wish this was a actual restaurant so I could enjoy anytime. Interestingly, the truck and menu is void of any vegan or plant based placard.

Eat here ;)

Love it! - Edit

I've had a really hard time finding vegan, Mexican food in Boise. This place is very affordable, fast, and totally vegan. I've tried a few items and have been very happy so far. They also have awesome horchata! Note, they do not hold themselves out as being vegan, but they are. I know one of the employees, who is also vegan.

Pros: Awesome horchata!, The only vegan, Mexican place in town. , Affordable.
