Filling, cheap & pretty healthy

My favorite thing to order here is the black bean taco plate. I ask for corn tortillas, black beans both in the tacos and on the side and no cheese. For $5.69 it's a very large plate of food. You get 2 tacos, black beans and rice, a dollop of guacamole and extra tortillas on the side. Sometimes they do get it wrong. Today my plate came with the non vegan refried beans with cheese. They happily made a new plate for me. If you're not that hungry you can get just the tacos. I do miss the salsa bar and hope it will come back one day. The black beans are made from scratch and very good although salty.

Cons: You have to be very specific about what you want , They sometimes get it wrong but always fix it , No more salsa bar

It's not rocket science...

I ordered the beyond meat cabana bowl. Pretty straight forward I think. You would've thought i ordered something completely off the menu!! I had to take it back 2x and the third I had to walk them through their own menu. We were legit the ONLY people in the restaurant besides 5 or so employees that were vaping out front. My advice is spell out exactly what you want the first time so you can save yourself time and frustration. By the third order the food wasn't bad - good for fast food.
(FYI: The bowl is not technically vegan in that it's fried with the taquitos )
