2219 County Hwy 10, St Paul, Minnesota, USA, 55112

Serves meat, vegan options available. Conventional fast food chain but vegans will be able to find some things to eat here. Has a vegetarian menu where several items--like the seven layer burrito, black bean burrito, tostada--can be vegan by asking for "fresco style" which means removing dairy and substituting tomato pico de gallo. Beans, guacamole, potatoes, cinnamon twists are vegan. Note the sour cream has gelatin in it.

Friendly staff happy to make "fresco style" bean burritos and bean tacos. - Edit

This is a good Taco Bell. Very fast, inexpensive, and the staff is good at making "fresco style" burritos and tacos. The refried beans are vegan, and so are the black beans. You can ask for black beans instead of refried beans although this option my confuse newer register workers. I've looked at the ingredients for the refried beans, and it actually looks simple and healthy. Note: I have read that the fire sauce is not vegan - stick with hot or mild.

Pros: fast inexpensive healthy vegan options

Cons: serves meat
