Strange but true - Edit
Unexpected, but Taco Bell offers a menu of vegetarian options and they offer the "Make It Fresco" option to customize the item to remove all all the dairy and add pico de gallo. Yum!
Pros: Quick, Easy, good value
Cons: Not all staff are familiar with veg*n (use app), fast food
