Vegan by Omission

The food is really good here according to the omnivore who I dined with. Portions are generous. They advertise vegan options. Unfortunately they don't make a vegetarian dish vegan with one of the many delicious plant based cheese products, they just leave out the cheese altogether. The vegetarian chimichanga is delicious. Without the cheese it is disappointing.

Pros: Generous portions, A few vegetarian dishes, Vegan options

Cons: No vegan cheese or "protein" substitutions
