Surprised by excellent vegan service

The waiter immediately came out with vegan options despite my not communicating on the booking or when sitting down that we were a vegeterian and vegan in the group. I had already eaten some of the standard tapas, olives and bread etc so if they had know in advance there may even have been further options. The food quality was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Pros: Attentive staff, Delicious food, Several options

Cons: Lots of non vegan close by, No signage, Unknown whats on the menu unlike the standard opti
