Great Flamenco with Vegan Options - Edit
My wife and I went to Tablao Flamenco Cordobes the first night we were in Barcelona. Like many have said, the show is incredible. Flamenco definitely takes a ton of talent and physicality and the space the show was in was beautiful.
Read moreThe reason we chose Tablao Flamenco Cordobes over other flamenco shows was the vegan options clearly labeled on the buffet. We booked our reservation on viator and they alerted the restaurant to have a meal prepared.
On the actual buffet were a few options such as a raspberry salad, chips and guacamole, fried eggplant, and plenty of grilled vegetables.
The staff was outstanding however and were able to bring me a falafel tapa, a beyond burger with additional grilled veggies, and a vegan paella. The quality of the food isn't quite at the level of the other restaurants in Barcelona, but the security of a safe meal our first night in Barcelona was appreciated.
I'd definitely recommend the show, but dinner is definitely optional. That being said, those who had dinner had the best seats for the show.
Pros: Clearly Labeled Vegan Items, Incredible Flamenco Show, Attentive Waiters
Cons: Food was just okay, No real dessert option, Expensive to Comparable Meals

Great show, meh vegan food - Edit
Food was pretty much what you’d expect for a mediocre buffet. Was happy that I didn’t leave hungry but the paella rice wasn’t cooked well. Vegan options seemed clearly and properly labeled (caviar issue fixed) but there are no vegan desserts at all. Despite ordering vegan menu they brought out patatas bravas that weren’t vegan. The show was worth it and if you are going w Omni family/friends you won’t be starving

Good show, god awful food - Edit
The only explanations I can give for the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this place are:
Read moreA) The quality has significantly degraded since 2018
B) The other reviewers were paid to write their reviews
or
C) The other reviewers were too drunk off the free drinks to notice how dreadful the food was
5-6 vegan options were present at the buffet and clearly labelled (despite a caviar dish being labelled vegan), but each of these dishes was utterly devoid of flavour. The only dessert option was fruit which, although predictable, was very disappointing.
At least there was plenty of sangria to help me forget that I’d wasted 30€ on this😄
Cons: Flavourless options , No vegan dessert, No hot vegan tapas

Highlight of my trip - Edit
Free drinks (I recommend the sangria), vegan dinner (tapas, main and dessert) and an excellent show - what more could you ask for? I had read the prior review where they were given vegetarian food vs vegan, so after I emailed this place before my trip to explain all that I didn’t eat. They replied letting me know that they took note of it and as soon as I checked in, they said ‘vegana’. I was seated at my own table and brought the evenings delights. I’m not certain if they would have already known what to avoid but I’m very thankful to have had such a good experience. If you’re worried about the food, contact them first just to be safe. This was a lovely experience. Oh, they also brought me a glass of champagne (cava) at the start of the show.

Fantastic Food and Entertainment - Edit
I went here primarily to take my wife to a traditional Spanish flamenco show, and wasn't expecting to enjoy much from the buffet or the show. What a surprise! There were multiple vegan options, and they were all delicious. Even better, I didn't have to do the usual wait by the kitchen door while a questionable employee went back to "check with the chef." Everything vegan was clearly labeled, and well-protected from cross-contamination. I couldn't resist going back for more, and had a difficult time choosing among the options. I was also surprised by the show--it was outstanding. They do serve meat and dairy, but I'd rate this place five stars without hesitation.
Read morePros: They know vegan, and other dietary restrictions., Well-marked vegan options, Entertainment was first-rate
Cons: Can't think of any flaws.

Vegan Tapas option will put you in a food coma!! - Edit
Some of the best vegan food I've ever had in my nearly 30 years as a vegan - they introduced the vegan tapas option this year. Incredible dishes include hummus, paella, and crema catalina for dessert! Order the sangria - it's delicious. The show is fantastic - one of the best nights I've ever had - I wish I could go back and do it again!
