Couldn't rate an experience better than this one, but on Happy Cow the highest ranking option is 4/5 for a restaurant with vegan options as opposed to a fully vegan restaurant, which could be ranked 5/5. We went without any expectations and discovered a cute little restaurant with real art on the walls, beautiful plates to eat off, attentive service and of course, delicious food.
As well as being vegan I'm gluten intolerant so it can be difficult to eat out, but not here!
We ordered the vegan pate for starters and it came with gluten free bread. Next came the pisto/ Spanish ratatouille and you even get to choose the spice level you prefer. To accompany that we had the rice and the side of potatoes. It was all absolutely scrumptious.
Even the tinto de verano was above standard in flavour - the best one I've had in ages.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you go to visit this restaurant and enjoy the ambiance and food.
Very attentive owner, half of the menu is vegan/vegetarian, gazpacho was my highlight. Even the potato side dish was amazing. Had the Spanish ratatouille as a main course
